Our company manufactures and supplies magnets and VCMA to the disk drive industries. We are one of the fastest growing VCM suppliers in the world. We are a US foreign owned company with three factories located in Singapore.
We are now seeking for a dynamic individual to join our dedicated team as :
SENIOR QA ENGINEERS/ QA ENGINEERS
Location : Tai Seng
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of QA Inspectors
- Ensure inspection and testing methods meet customers’ specified quality requirements.
- Ensure inspection, measuring and test equipment are calibrated and maintained accordingly.
- Perform calibration on inspections and testing equipment.
- Monitor and measure quality performances.
- Ensure corrective actions are initiated, implemented and effective.
- Identify and implement appropriate statistical techniques.
- Support QA Reliability tests
- Support customer quality and liaise with customers on new product issues.
Requirements
- Possess a tertiary education in their relevant or respective discipline with 2 years working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing industry
- Capable of handling and follow-up on all customers’ complaint.
- Good understanding and knowledge on metrology and calibration methods.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000/14000 Auditing is an advantage
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
