Responsibilities:
- Guide and assist Engineers in process improvement and problem analysis activities
- Assist Engineers in providing foolproof solutions to customer complaints / in-line process issues
- Involve in upstream process performance improvement and problem analysis activities
- Lead a team in process FMEA activities
- Co-ordinate the activities for the new customer requirements and any changes in the existing customer requirements
- Improve in-process quality control, end-of-line process yield and productivity to maximize monthly NUM.
- Optimize existing process flow to reduce total cost of ownership for IC packaging.
- Design and implement jigs and fixtures for process simplification / automation.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electronics / Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of semiconductor experience in Visual mechanical / Tape and Reel process
- Possess hands-on experience on machines such as ICOS Scanner, RVSI Scanner, Hexa Scanner / Tape & Reel, PFMEA / G8D / Problem Analysis / SPC
