Responsibilities
- You will provide support in business analysis on matters such as corporate and capital restructuring, fund raising, take-overs and pre-investment analysis.
- You will be required to engage clients in China, evaluate their credit quality and prepare business / financial proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Some traveling is required.
Pre-requisites
- Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking / Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Banking / Accounting
- Knowledge of Stock Exchange Governance is an added advantage
- Excellent skills in credit / financial analysis
- Innovative and resourceful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
