Responsibilities
You will be in-charge of the retail business operations of Creative Store, including its P&L. You are required to meet the monthly sales target of all direct sales activities and develop sales and marketing programs targeted at Club Creative Card members, agents and general public. You are also expected to manage the inventories efficiently, implement on-the-job training for frontline staff to deliver quality customer service and ensure smooth operation with retail channels.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma; preferably in Business or Commerce
- Min 3-4 years' relevant working experience in managing a retail store in the customer electronics or IT industry
- Business oriented and sales-driven
- Good knowledge of PC and CE market
- Able to strive in a fast-paced environment
