Panasonic Semiconductor Asia Pte Ltd or PSCA for short, was established in December 1978 for the manufacture and sales of semiconductors for the application of electronic equipment such as TV and Audio products.
In recent years, PSCA has stepped up the technology ladder with the manufacture of semiconductors for Digital AV equipment such as Digital TVs, DVDs and Digital cameras in meeting the requests from the market.
The Job:
- Provide overall supervision of manufacturing activities
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to meet yield and delivery targets
- Initiate continuous improvement activities
- Degree in Engineering
- Possess good leadership qualities
- Able to perform 12-hrs rotating shifts
