Quality Assurance Engineer (Fresh are welcome)

The Job:
  • Provide support day to day manufacturing activities through real time problem analysis feedback to process / Manufacturing.
  • Ensure solutions to be implemented to ensure a smooth process flow with high quality, high yield & low cost.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating & organizing technical process audit.
  • Ensure discrepancies & non-conformance is corrected effectively and rapidly.
  • Lead and support production line to define and ensure properly use of handling tools.
  • Manage and control materials in the line and outgoing quality assurance
  • Set up and follow up with quality audit system for new processes for new products and/or new machines introduced to the line.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality operations systems within the Fab, and conduct and oversee internal audits
  • Ensure all quality criteria are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Physic/ Quality Management or Diploma in Engineering with 2 years’ working experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the various quality systems e.g. QS9000, ISO 14000, etc
  • Experience in semiconductor industry will be advantageous
  • Experience in SAS, Unix & Oracle will be advantageous
  • Able to use quality tools (SPC, DOE,TOPS)
