Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management related field with working experience
• Min 5 years working experience
• Experience in managing teams is a must, able to drive and lead a team.
• Good communication in English (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills with strong sense of urgency
• Proficient in microsoft excel, words & power point is essential to drive projects on productivity and process improvements.
• Candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details.

Senior Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

We are expanding our organization by a 800.000 tonnes pa ethylene cracker complex (ECC), including a benzene extraction plant and a butadiene extraction plant in Bukom, and a 750,000 tonnes per annum Mono-Ethylene Glycol (MEG) plant on Jurong Island using Shell’s proprietary technology. Senior Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities:

• The Senior Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) will lead the team of Mechanical Engineers, Rotating Engineers and Assistant Engineers in maintenance activities including strategy planning, trouble shooting, improvement to work methods and HSEQ matters related to maintenance.
• The person will also be responsible for reviewing/witnessing pre start-up tests prior to acceptance from the construction team.

Job Requirements:

• You should possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical) suitable for registration as a Professional Engineer with the PE Board, Singapore.
• You should have basic design experience and skills, with direct experience in more than two major turnarounds or shutdowns and more than eight years of maintenance experience in a petrochemical manufacturing site.
• Ethylene cracker experience will be an advantage.
